Debit Card Management Tool
Use the debit card controls found in Digital Banking to temporarily lock your card or set alert preferences, spending limits, or restrictions based on location, merchant type, or transaction type. You can also set travel notices to be sure you can use your card when traveling to your destination.
Debit Card Activation
Call our card service center at 1-800-290-7893 or go to the Card Management area of Digital Banking or the Citizens Bank App to activate your debit card for immediate use.
Debit Card PIN Updates
Call our card service center at 1-800-290-7893 to change the Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your debit card.
Lost or Stolen Debit Card
During normal business hours: Contact us immediately at 262-363-6500.
After normal business hours: Call the Lost/Stolen Card Service Center at 1-888-297-3416, option #2.
Debit Card Fraud
Call our card service center at 855-293-2456 to report suspected fraud on your debit card.
Daily Spending Limit Increase
You can request a temporary increase to your daily spending limit by contacting us at 262-363-6500.
Travel Notification
If you plan to use your debit card while traveling, please contact us at 262-363-6500. We will remove any transaction restrictions that may impact your destination. You can also set travel notices yourself using the Card Management tool in Digital Banking.
