Rich joined Citizens Bank in 2001. He prides himself in looking beyond his customers’ initial requests to make sure the whole picture is in view when considering financing solutions. Analyzing credit reports and financial statements for hidden clues is all in a day’s work for Rich. Active in both the Mukwonago and East Troy communities, Rich has coordinated the half-time field goal kicking contest at East Troy High School for many years.

DeAnne started at Citizens Bank in 1987 as a co-op student and has been with the company ever since. She transitioned to a lending role in 2003 because she saw the excitement of helping people achieve their dreams. While DeAnne enjoys working with all homebuyers, she especially enjoys helping and coaching novice buyers on their journey to their first home. She works closely with many local real estate agents and has been active in the East Troy community for years.

Lowell has been part of the Citizens Bank team since 2002. He enjoys helping first-time buyers as well as those who have done it before with the most important purchase they make – that of their new home. In fact, Lowell has helped hundreds people do just that. He served on the WCTC Real Estate Advisory Committee for nine years and now volunteers with a Boy Scouts troop in Waukesha.
